Vroutek
Vroutek is Marketa`s home town and her parents still live here. It was first mentioned in records dating from 1227. The location`s landmarks include the 13th century Church of St. James the Greater and St. John the Baptist`s Church. The local square is dominated by a Baroque sculptural group depicting the Pieta.
Zatec
Zatec is an old town in the Czech republic, in the Usti nad Labem Region. It is famous for an over 700-year long tradition of growing noble hops used by several breweries. Zatec produces its own beer and hosts "Docesna"- harvest festival organised every year on the town square.
Loket
The stone Loket Castle, over 800 years old, dominated the town on a granite solid rock, which the River Ohre flows round. The sightseeing tour leads you through an exhibition of porcelain, archeology, museum of arts to the premises of the former prison, where is authentic exhibition of the historic instruments of torture.

Castles and chateaus
There are many castles and chateus in the Czech republic. We have visited Karlstejn, Becov, Loket and Chyse.
